Samuel Belkind president of the Belkind Realty Coorporation, 185 Lexington Avenue, who was struck by a truck at Broadway and west 103d Street on Jan 20, died Wednesday in Knicker-bocker Hospital of his injuries and pneumonia. He was 76 years old and lived at 140 Riverside Drive.
The Company builds and owns apartment houses. Mr. Belkind was its president since it's founding in the Nineteen Twenties.
