Grand daddy was the only child of Robert Joseph Burns and Anna Ridgely Squires-Burns. His brother Russell was born in Morgan Co., Ohio died at birth. He married Lillian Beatrice Bias whose family has deep roots in Cabell County, WV. She is buried at Woodmere Cem.between her husband and grandson, Kevin Kenneth Steele.
