Pearl L. Fleener, 91, of Atwood passed away at 11:50 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 3, 2009) at her residence.
She was born on June 5, 1918 in Atwood, Il. to Alfred and Myrtle Denny Jay. She married Matthew Crnkovich on Oct. 1, 1947 in Chicago. He preceded her in death on Aug. 24, 1979. She married Cecil B. Fleener. He preceded her in death in 1987.
Survivors include three sons, Matthew Crnkovich of Oak Brook, Jeff Crnkovich of Atwood and Dennis Crnkovich of Morton; two daughters, Patricia Schnepf and Carol Stillabower, both of Downers Grove; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.
