Corine Boards Whitney, 79, of Anderson, Ind., died Oct. 23, 2009, at St. John's Medical Center in Anderson.
The Smiths Grove native was a member of the Jehovah Witness West Congregation. She retired from Edgewater Woods nursing home after many years of service as a certified nursing assistant. She was a former member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Albert Boards and Zella Page Boards and the wife of the late David M. Whitney.
