Pat Buntin was born in Anaconda, Montana, April 30, 1934. She passed away in her home in Chino Valley on Aug. 14, 2002. Her family moved to Long Beach, Calif., prior to coming to Prescott in 1947. She graduated from Prescott High School, class of 1952.
She married Darrell R. Buntin on Aug. 16, 1953. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 48 years, Darrell; four loving children, Kenny of Mena, Ark., Karen of Prescott; Darrell Jr. of Prescott and Pee Wee of Paulden; and grandson, Travis of Skull Valley. There are another 10 grandsons, 4 granddaughters and 3 great-grandsons. She is also survived by her sister, Doris A. Jenkins, and brother, Phil Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth N. Thomas and B. Cecilia Thomas and her sister Carol Wiseman.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
