Harriet Murphy Berry 104 years old, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Agnes and Timothy Murphy, died in Indianapolis November 22, 2009. Her husband Norb preceded her in death in 1994 after 65 years of marriage. She will be sorely missed by her family, Tom (Maripat) Berry, Anne (Bob) Woulfe, Joan (Larry) Ledebur, and Judy (Al) Sumner; her 20 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. She received compassionate care in Indianapolis over the past 15 years from the staff of Marquette Manor, Clearwater Commons and St. Vincent Hospice. Harriet had a BA from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters from Marquette University. She was a social worker in a variety of endeavors with Milwaukee County. She was an avid floral and vegetable gardener and traveled extensively.
