Ollie was the daughter of James Thomas Powell and Lottie May Heaston. She was married first to Leland Stanford Heller on 11 July 1924 in Boise, Ada, Idaho. They were the parents of Virginia Heller. Ollie and Leland were divorced. Ollie later married Frank Philip Kloepfer on 5 December 1946 in Boise.

Member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter #65 for 25 years; member of Modern Woodsmen of America and the Sons and Daughters of the Idaho Pioneers.
