Martinez, Artemiza "Micha", 82, of Kyrene passed away on November 18, 2009. Born and raised in Kyrene and graduated from Kyrene School Class of 1942. Successful business owner since 1949. Was married to Jesus Martinez since 1945. Owners of Kyrene Seaside Store and Martinez Mexican Food. She leaves behind her son, Robert; daughter-in-law, Pigeon; granddaughters, Desi & Ericca; sisters, Virginia, Rita, Mini, Lillee & husband Pete, Patsy, Molly & husband Brent; and brother Eddie; and many nephews and nieces. Services will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Lakeshore Mortuary in Mesa from 5:00-6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday November 23, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Chandler. Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
