Sarah J. Brown,age 30 of Numa died Monday evening, October 6, 2008 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.

Sarah was born August 21, 1978, the daughter of Buck and Kellie Brown in Centerville, Iowa. Sarah enjoyed playing with her four favorite toys, a doll, yellow ball, flashlight, and her steering wheel.

Sarah is survived by her parents; a brother, Phil Brown of Numa, Iowa; a grandmother, Gladys Cardenas of Waverly, Iowa; many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved and will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Buck and Annn Brown and Mary Strode, and an infant brother, Nathan Brown.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Saturday, October 11, 2008 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home with Pastor Holly Oden officiating. Burial will follow at the Numa Cemetery. A visitation will be held all day Friday with family present from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to the family and may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
