Born in Elnora, Mr. Perdiew had lived in Indianapolis 40 years. He was a member of the Mailers' Union and had been employed by The Star and the News.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Amanda Perdiew; a son, James Perdiew; five brothers, Vivian, Vern, Ver, Venice and Vurtus Perdiew, and a sister, Mrs. Veatrice Cox, all of Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Shirley Brothers Central Chapel. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
