Walter was born in Mississippi to John R. Baulch and Margaret C. Grimes. He had two brothers, Jim and Oscar (Ock) abd two sisters, Mary and Margaret. Walter married Emily Wheeler and they came to Texas and raised three children, Johnny, Elmer and Velma.
Uncle Walter lived in Groesbeck and he was burned in a fire in his home in 1977 and taken to Dallas for treatment and he died there. He was a wonderful man, brother, friend, father and husband.
