Allison H. Bender, 70, died this morning at the Lebanon Veterans Administration Hospital following an illness of many years. He was an Army veteran of World War One and a member of Seventh Street Lutheran Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anna Hartman Bender, Lebanon; three children, Emma, wife of Ed LaFreniere, Baltimore, Md.; Anna, wife of James Peffley, Lebanon; Allison Bender Jr., Lebanon; 14 grandchildren; three brothers, Robert, Lebanon RD; Paul and Albert, both of Lebanon; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Beard and Mrs. Helen Imboden, both of Lebanon, and Mrs. Vinny Stohler, Bunker Hill.
