Lillian Louise Lancaster, 87, of Orange, Virginia, died Friday, October 30, 2009, at the University of Virginia Trauma Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

She was born June 10, 1922, in Orange County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Joseph W. Timmons and Mabel Smith Timmons.

She is survived by her current husband, Bobby Reece of Orange; one daughter, Jan Philipp of Florence, South Carolina; two sons, Russell Harris of Winchester and David Harris of Mineral; numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Timmons of Alabama and Barbara Williams of Florida; five brothers, Charles Timmons of Florida, Bill Timmons, Howard Timmons, Ashby Timmons and Robert Smith, all of Orange.

A memorial funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2009, at the Graham Cemetery in Orange, Virginia. The Reverend Billy Curry will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Orange County Rescue Squad, P.0. Box 446, Orange, VA 22960.
