She was a supply clerk at Memorial Mother Frances Hospital in Palestine, TX where she lived most of her life. She shares a stone with Ransom Douglas Bell who she married 28 July 1930. She was survived a brother, Frank Bush of Palestine and one sister, Dorothy Bush Thomas of Mertens. Her obituary appeared in Palestine Herald-Press, Friday, 9 April 1999.
