James M. Botkin's Administrator and others vs. James M. Botkin's widow and others, I will, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 31st, 1900 - offer for sale at public auction, on the premises, that certain tract of land of which James M. Botkin lately died seized, containing, by recent survey, 469 acres, lying on Shaw's Ridge, in Highland County, Virginia, adjoining the lands of John A. Botkin and others. The whole of the tract will be offered subject to the assignment of the dower made to James M. Botkin's widow of 45.25 acres of said land, possession of the purchaser will be entitled to at her death; and then the part of the remaining after the assignment of dower being 422.75 acres will be offered, and the sale will be made so that the best price can be realized.
