GRAY--services for Maude Howell Barlow will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hart's Mortuary, with burial in Cary Cemetery. Barlow, 96, died Monday, Feb. 12,2001, in a nursing home. She was retired from Happs after 30 years. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and the Dorcas Sunday School Class, was a Sunday School teacher for 50 years, and a member of the church senior choir, Young at Heart and WMU. She was a charter member of Southside Baptist.
Survivors include her son Willard Barlow of Macon; sister Lois Howell Rozier of Warner Robins; grandchildren John R. Hamrick, Rueben L. Hamrick, Sharon H. Lindsey and Dawn B. Huckeba; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family may be contacted at 4635 Lakewood Ave. Macon. Memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Route 1, Cary-Salem Road, Cochran 31014, or to the donor's favorite charity.
