The family now includes: Leland Bowen, Mary Nell B. Daughtrey, Herb’s children; Bryan and Karen Bowen, Leland’s children; Rachel and Kevin Daughtrey, Mary’s children. She was also great-grandmother to the children of Bryan, Rachel and Kevin.
Mrs.Bowen was preceded in death by: her father, J. A. Robertson; mother, Estella B. Robertson; sisters, Edith R. Beevers, Alma R. Herber, Faye R. Wallace, Lois R. Findley and Algerene R. Krenkel; and a brother, J. M. Robertson.
She is survived by: her son, Robert L. Caruthers; daughter, Betty C. McDaniel; grandson, Travis McDaniel; granddaughter, Angi and her son, Brandon; and brother, V. A. Robertson.
At her age of five, the first of her 24 nephews and nieces started being born. There are many great-nephews and great-nieces, and many great-greats.
