Rudolf Tetz is part of a group that settled the Dutch Canyon area of Scappoose OR. Rudolfs father and his wifes father had many business dealings and his wifes father drove the area children to school in a wagon, so Rudolf knew the Lange family for most, if not all , of his life.

The center heart has an inscription ,it looks like the marriage year. I cant read it from this photo but I will try to get a better one.
