She was preceded in death by a daughter Ruthie Watts and a son Randy W. Shoulders. Bertha is survived by her husband of 56 years Robert C. Shoulders; daughter: Darlene Allen; sons: Bobby Ray Shoulders and Robert E. Shoulders; brother: Virgil McCloud; sister: Christine Meyers; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
