Service Held Today For Mrs. C. J. Charles
Last rites will be held at two o'clock this afternoon at the Sixteenth Avenue Baptist church for Mrs. Catherine J. Charles, 45. Rev. Lee Franklin, pastor of the church will officiate.
Burial will be in the Roselawn cemetery, Brown directing.
Mrs. Charles died early Friday morning at Decatur General hospital, where she had been a patient for three weeks.
A member of the Sixteenth Avenue Baptist church, Mrs. Charles is survived by her husband, W. J. Charles; three daughters, Mrs. Ollie Street, Mrs. Richard Rhinehart and Mrs. Wayne Brothers, all of Decatur; a son, W. J. Charles, Jr., Decatur; two sisters, Mrs. G. A. Moore, Decatur, who is Mrs. Charles's twin, and Mrs. Hardeman Wise, Mobile; three grandchildren; and other relatives.
