Cedar City, UT - Vera Ione Ramsay passed away August 23, 2009 in Cedar City, Utah. She was born May 15, 1924 in Litchfield, Illinois.

She married Wendell S. Ramsay on August 11, 1964 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell S. Ramsay.

She is survived by her son, James M. (Helena) Lemon; grandchildren: David J. (Allison) Lemon, Melissa B. (Norman) Nielson, Christopher W. Lemon, and Delise A. Lemon; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 W. St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. Interment will be at the St. George City Cemetery.
