Mrs. Louisa Jane Stubblefield, 99, died Tuesday in a local nursing home.

She was born Oct. 26, 1876, in Gravette, Ark, and had lived at Rt. 3, Afton for the past five or six years and formerly lived east of Vinita. Prior to that, she lived in Centralia. She was a member of the World Wide Church of God.

Survivors include four daughters, Sadie Bradford, Rt. 3, Afton, June Harris, Pamona Calif., Lula Cook, San Bernardino, Calif., and Lora Corley, Pialto, Calif.; one son, John Cox, Redlands, Calif., one step-son, Floyd Stubblefield, Odessa, Tex.; 18 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Stubblefield was preceded in death by one son, Gilbert Price, and one daughter, Elsie Stine.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel with interment in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Service, Vinita.
