The funeral will be 4:00 pm Monday, July 30 at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Funeral Home. The burial will follow in Westminister Gardens.
He was a retired service technician at Sears & Roebuck & Company. He was a member of Jessup Grove Baptist Church and a World War II Navy Veteran. He was a lifelong resident of Guilford County.
Surviving are wife, Grace Marshall Rumley; son, Cecil Andslem Rumley, Jr. of Greensboro; daughter, Mrs. Catherine R. Elrod of Summerfield; sisters, Mrs Elva Yokley of St. Petersburg, FL; Mrs Mildred Fogleman of Graham, Mrs Frances King of Randleman; two grandchildren.
