Carl E. Fry, 75, Armagh, went to be home with the Lord Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003 at Indian Haven Nursing Center.
Born Feb. 5, 1927 in East Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, he was the son of late Daniel and Myrtle (Shoultz) Fry.

Mr. Fry was a member of Armagh-Seward Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder, and was a member of East Wheatfield Township Sportsman Club and Roper's View Horseshoe Club.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and retired employee of Pennsylvania Electric.

He also was preceded in death by his son Mark, a son-in-law, Juette Isenberg, sister Edna Lonas and brother Ernest.

Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Betty Rosenberry Fry;

Also daughters Nancy, wife of Kenneth Plowman, Vintondale, Donna Isenberg, Brush Valley and Susan Plowman, Armagh; grandchildren Kelly, Brian, Mark and Jessica Plowman and Carl and Rebekah Isenberg;

Also sisters Ruth Misner, Johnstown, Myrtle Novak, Ebensburg and Geraldine Craig, Ft. Myers, Fla.; brothers Clarence, Seward, and Kenneth, New Florence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Stuart Funeral Home, Armagh with Pastor James M. Tomb officiating.

Interment will be in Armagh Cemetery.
