Elnora Zarada Webber Sheffer b. 24 Aug 1845 Ashland, Ashland, Ohio d. 6 Oct 1903 Salem, NE. Married John Allen Sheffer from Nova Scotia in 1863 Ottumwa, Iowa. Her parents were Jacob Hanec Webber 1816-1934 from Holland, Anna McKinley 1818-1893 from Ireland. She had known six children; Florence Sheffer 1864-1934, Nellie M.Sheffer 1866-1876, Elnora Sheffer 1867-, Edwin 'Roy' Royal Sheffer 1880-1947, Marion Minnie Azlia Sheffer 1868-1899, Leona C.Sheffer 1884-1929. Elnora had some accidents while living in Salem, NE, 1878 she fell injuring her arm and shoulder, 1880 she was steering her wagon and fell sideways off the wagon under the wheel, as it ran over her to a long recovery. The last tradgety she could not recover, she died from an exploding oil lamp, and was burned to death.
