Anne Kelly Wichers of Destin, Fla., passed away Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast.

She was born in Canajoharie, N.Y., the daughter of the late John T. Kelly and Anne Spellacy Kelly. She attended Miss Quinn's School, Kenwood Academy of the Sacred Heart in Albany, N.Y., and Manhattanville College, N.Y.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald J. Wichers; three sons, two daughters, 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John T. Kelly and James R. Kelly; a sister, Alta Kelly; children, George E. Hoffman III and Margaret H. Duntz; and granddaughter, Caitlin D Hoffman.

The family will receive friends at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 307 Beach Drive, Destin, on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. A Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 11 a.m. with celebrants Father John Kelly, Father Robert Morris, Father Slade Crawford and Father James Valenzuela. Burial will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
