Passed away on October 1, 2009 in Ocala, Florida. He was district sales manager of Coca-Cola and Royal Crown Cola in Florida and Georgia. He was a life member of the Mahi Shriners of Miami and Doric Masonic Lodge in Ft. Lauderdale. He was a devoted father and loving husband. Mr. Adams is survived by two sons: Henry Brooks Adams of North Carolina and Richard Nolan Adams of Vero Beach, and one daughter: Linda Adams Bugar of Orlando. Five grandchildren and eight great-grand children. Preceded in death by his son William Reid Adams and his loving wife of 46 years, Jewell Pitts Adams. A Masonic service will be held on October 4, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Ocala chapel, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
