Born to Fred and Mamie Maubach Zook, Marilyn married Andrew J. Engel on June 15, 1957 in Peoria. He passed away on July 20, 2005 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by three brothers.
Surviving are one daughter, Linda Engel of Peoria; one brother, Paul Zook and one sister, Dorothy Liable both of Washburn.
Marilyn was a secretary at Caterpillar, Inc. for 18 years and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Burial of ashes will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Cremation rites accorded.
