"Daddy (Ellis Turner Anderson, Sr.), Great grandson, tells the story of how 'H' placed a crossing on the North side of Helena/McCrae, Georgia "Southern" would not allow "Seaboard" to cross their tracks so he took a crew and they placed the crossing in the middle of the night and the next day it was operational. This was thought to have happened after the birth of my grandfather in 1898. Maybe around 1910?"
