Albert Tilton died in a Shreveport sanitarium Saturday after a lengthy illness. Mr. Tilton was one of the progressive farmers of Winn Parish, and a leader in civic circles in his community.
Interment was made Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Mt. Zion cemetery, with the Revs. Lula Wardlow and J. A. Jones conducting services. Those surviving are one son, Wesley Tilton of Wheeling and a sister, Mrs. Fannie Luther of Wheeling.
