Troy F. Amos - Services for Troy F. Amos, 83, of Painesville, were held Monday, May 19, at 1 p.m. at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, Painesville. Mr. Amos died Thursday night, May 15, 2008, at LakeEast Hospital in Painesville. He was born Sept. 27, 1924, in Reader, W.Va., and retired in 1988 from Bank One of Painesville. He was a member of United Methodist Church and was honored Wednesday evening, May 14, as a 50-year member of the Painesville Masonic Lodge. Since 1988 he and his wife Edith have wintered in McAllen, Texas. Survivors include his wife and children, Robert (Kaye) Amos of Charlotte, N.C., Gary Amos of Akron and Debbie (Roy) Isbell of Spanish Fort, Ala.; 7 grandchildren, including Matthew and Katie Isbell; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Opal (Lancaster) Amos. The Rev. Gerald D. Kalb of Painesville United Methodist Church officiated services with interment at Riverside Cemetery in Painesville.
