Daughter of Jesse Taylor Alsup and Sallie Loines. Married 1st Samuel M. Higgins 24 Aug 1898 in Finley, Dyer Co., TN; 2nd Bob Holt 27 Jan 1901 in Dyer Co., TN; 3rd Milton Brown Holt 9 Jun 1901 in Dyer Co., TN; 4th David McClellan Abbott 9 Sept 1910 in Blytheville, AR.


SON: David "Clell" McClelland Abbott (1912-1939) Unk Better known as "Clell," died at the family home in Cottonwood Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 1, 1939, at three o'clock. Young Mr. Abbott was born in Cottonwood, Jan. 8, 1912, being but 27 years old at the time of his death. He has been ill for several years and confined to his room most of the time for the past few months. Funeral services held Feb.2, 1939 at the Cottonwood Baptist Church. Survived by his mother, Mrs. Ollie Abbott, three sisters, Mrs. Maude Cook, Mrs. Grace James, and Mrs. Blanche Horner, and three brothers, Carl, Buddy and Pete Abbott.
