Served his country in the Army Corp of Engineers during WWII. Lost his leg in a logging accident in Bloomfield, IA. Worked as an Air Conditioning Engineer at Central State University in Edmond, OK For 15 years. Came to Texas to be with his grandchildren in Montgomery, TX
