Mrs U S Arnold age 83 died at her daughter, Mrs Dave (Frances Irene) Glenn's home in Tuxedo.
She married U S Arnold at age 15. They came to Jones County in 1887 from Hunt County by wagon. They were some of the first settlers in The Tuxedo Area.
She was buried next to her husband of 55 years who died in 1928.
