Mable Sibley Roberts
This place was shocked and saddened by the tragic death Sunday, August 18th, of Mable Sibley Roberts, aged fourty-seven years, wife of Harold Roberts of Upper Montclair, N.J. Mrs Roberts, with her husband and children had been on an auto trip to California and Washington and was enroute home when the accident occured which caused her death. Only meager details have been recieved here and that she was killed instantly and that her body was terrably mangled. The remains have been creamated and at the convience of the family, the ashes will be brought to this place and buried near the graves of her parents in the Westville Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was a daughter of the late Orrin and Carrie (Campbell) Sibley and was born in this place and the greater part of her life had been spent here. She is survived by her husband, three children, Lloyd, aged fifteen, Jared, aged ten and Glenn, aged six, also one uncle, William Campbell of this place and two aunts, Mrs. Alice Gurney of this place and Mrs. Stell Brotherton of Milton, Mass.

The ashes of Mrs. Mable Sibley Roberts were brought here last week and interment took place in the Westville cemetery. Mrs. Roberts, who was a native of this place, was killed in an auto accident. The funeral services was held in Detroit, Mich. Mrs. Roberts was a niece of Mrs. Alice Gurney and William Campbell of this place.
