Brenda Jean Holdaway Dana 1958 ~ 2008 Brenda Jean Holdaway Dana, 49, of Holladay, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sat., May 24, 2008. Brenda was born October 6, 1958 in American Fork, the daughter of Marvon Duane and Colleen Randall Holdaway. She married Mark Edward Dana on February 2, 2002. Brenda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Mark; four children: Jared (Jennifer) Nielsen, Syracuse; Kristy Nielsen, Holladay; Tricia (Jonwayne) Krein, Bloomfield, NM; Cassey Nielsen, Holladay; 24 grandchildren; mother, Alice Holdaway; nine step-children: Jamaica, Shawn Marie, Matthew, Tori, Jodie, Josh, Angie, Crystal, Markie; four brothers: Marvon, Duane, Stephen, and Randy Holdaway, and many friends and people she considered family. Funeral services will be held Thurs., May 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the Winder 7th Ward Chapel, 4350 S. 1100 E., Salt Lake City where friends may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary, Pleasant Grove at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Randy Holdaway, 1286 Sunrise Lane, Farmington, UT 84025 to help with funeral expenses.
