Deborah A. Allen, DeSoto, passed away at her home on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the age of 54 years, 6 months and 26 days.
She was the Activity Director for Fountainbleau Nursing Center in Festus. She loved crafts and going to craft fairs.
Mrs. Allen was born October 11, 1954 in St. Louis; the daughter of the late William N. and Delores (nee Eckenfeit) Steiner. She is survived by her loving husband, Gene W. Allen of DeSoto.
Mrs. Allen is also survived by a son: Billy J. (Christina) Allen, Cape Girardeau; two daughters: Melissa (Robert) Zorich, St Charles and Sara (Jason) Smith, Belleville, Illinois; eight grandchildren: Wesley, Robert, Michael, Candice, Joshua, Danielle, Savannah and Zackary; and a brother, Danny (Barbara) Stodgell of Hillsboro. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: August Steiner and William Steiner.
Funeral service will be officiated by Pastor David Pringle.
