While hanging outdoor Christmas decorations in December 2008 and jouously celebrating her faith Maxine fell, followed by brain surgery and a nine-month recovery effort. Maxine would have turned 88 in November.

Always friendly and jovial, and always willing to help others in need, Maxine was well liked, as evidenced by her many life-long friends located throughout the United States; to the nursing and administrative staff who were saddened at Maxine's passing.

A versatile, dynamic, hard working, loving wife, mother, friend and Christian volunteer.
