Don was born December 9, 1934, in Cedar Hill, Texas and passed away January 24, 2007, at the age of 72. Don leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Mrs. Lorene Adair, three children: Ricky Adair, Connie Grammer and husband William, and Randy Adair and wife, Debbie, grandchildren, Chad Adair, Jason Adair, Jessica Adair, Angela Vankirk, Greg Mullens, Joshua Adair, Randy Adair, Andy Adair, Melody Turner, great grandchildren, Robert Vankirk, Marquis Vankirk, and Jaidyn Vankirk, sisters, Mable Vestal, Doris Pinnion, and Ruth Ann Pearce, and brother, John Tom Adair. Visitation will be Friday, January 26, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2007, at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chett Haynes officiating. Interment to follow at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park in Mesquite, Texas.
