Obituary
Phillip Josiah Hudson

Phillip Josiah Hudson was born to William and Ethel Hudson at New Centerville, Wis., on November 19, 1901. He passed from life April 12, 1947 at the Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
"Phil" as he was called by relatives and friends was a kind and thoughtful son and brother who was ever willing to help a friend and neighbor in time of need.
The early part of his manhood was spent working on neighborhood farms. Later in life he took up painting and carpenter work, which trade he pursued up to the time of his death. Many farm homes and buildings are a memorial of his hand work. He will be greatly missed by friends and relatives alike.
Those left to mourn him are his mother, Mrs. Ethel Hudson; Henry, Archie and Ralph all of New Centerville; Alfred of Newport, Minn.; Garold of Hammond; two sisters, Mrs. Emil Rasmussen of Webster, Wis. and Mrs. Ernest Hall of Emerald.
