Gayle was born June 30, 1925, in Lamar County to Leroy and Ola Floyd Wisely. She married Charles Ball Jan. 31, 1945, in Hugo, Oklahoma. He proceded her in death.
She worked as a nurse many years at St. Joseph's Hospital. She had a lifetime love for gardening, cooking, being with her family and serving her Lord.
She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Morris (Bill) Dicken on 25 Aug, 1997; her parents, Leroy & Ola Wisely; brother, Preston Wisely; and daughter, Victoria Ball Harris.
Survivors include, her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Marcia Ball; a daughter and son-in-law, Ginger and Phil Harris; granddaughters, Delesha Jeffery and husband Casey, Dawnetta Flippen and husband Mike, Deaundra Harris, Brittany, April and Candace Ball; and great-grandchildren, Olivia & Emily Fouse, Morgan & Ethan Flippen.
