Born in Germany, Agnes may have been the "Pauline Geisler" who arrived in New York aboard La Bretagne on Sept. 9, 1900. She married William Michael Bohen on Sep. 3, 1914 in Los Angeles. They had no children of their own but kindly offered to adopt their nephew Robert after William's brother Martin died young of cancer.
