Final rites will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday from Chancy-Walters Funeral Home, Pastor David Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Hall was born July 8, 1941, in Sterling, the daughter of Lee and Delores Smith Rogers, attended school in Sterling and was a foster parent. She married Mark Hall, Nov. 18, 1963, in Denver.
She was a member of First Foursquare Church and VFW Aux iliary.
Mrs. Hall is survived by two daughters, Theresa Hall and Stacey Hall; a son, Derald Hall, all of Sterling; her mother, Delores Rogers of Colorado Springs; two foster daughters, Suzanne How of Sterling and Jane Rogers of California; a foster son, Art Rogers of Kansas; two sisters, Shirley Cummins of Colorado Springs and Jeannie Kelly of Hous ton, Texas; her grandmother, Laura Smith of Sterling and a step-grand child.
