BEICHLER, Dakota E. 97 of 310 Glenwood Ave., Piqua, formerly of Dayton, died on Monday, November 15, 2004 at 9:30 am in her residence. She was born in Darke County on November 23, 1906 to the late Orlando and Kattie Dunne Puterbaugh. She married Harry D. Beichler on June 27, 1925; he preceded her in death in 1990 following sixty-five years of marriage. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Stonerock of Piqua, Barbara and Bill Nickoson of Dayton, five grandchildren, Terry D. and Patricia Stonerock, Roger and Martha Tymeson Stonerock, Cheryl and Dale Baugh, Mark Nickoson, Krista and Gene Evans, nine great grandchildren, Clara Crum, Bradley Stonerock, Chad and Susan Baugh, Tracy Baugh, Sam Stonerock, Caleb Evans, Joshua Evans, Carolyn Valpey, Robin Valpey, four great great grandchildren, Zachary Stonerock, Marcel Brown, Brooke Bubb, Colin Baugh, and several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Joe Mazzone. She was preceded in death by two brothers, and two sisters. Mrs. Beichler was employed at the former Homestore and Rikes Department Store in Dayton, and a homemaker. She was a charter member of the Oak Creek United Church of Christ. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday November 20, 2004 at 12:00 pm in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Grant Yonkman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:30-12:00 pm in the funeral home.
