A longtime member of Greenwood Baptist Church, Ooltewah, he enjoyed countless hours of Christian worship, fellowship and volunteering for those in need with his many friends and men's group. Born Nov. 5, 1943, in Harriman, he was a loving husband, father, son and friend.
He retired from Colonial Baking Co. in 2006 after 36 years of service. At the time of his death, he was a Hamilton County Schools special-education bus driver.
His greatest love was his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and he will be greatly missed by them.
He was preceded in death by father, Alvin Edison Feezell.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Barbara Feezell; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Nancy Feezell; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Steve Fracchia, mother, Gertrude Feezell; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Stanley Tilley; brother, Tom Feezell; grandchildren and spouse, Scottie Feezell, Brandie Feezell Davis, Daniel and Amber Grubbs, Thomas Fracchia, Will Fracchia and Katie Fracchia; great-grandchildren, Landon Feezell, Loghan Feezell and McKenley Mitchell; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, in Greenwood Baptist Church, with Pastor Toby Brogden officiating. Graveside service and burial were at Roane Memorial Gardens, Rockwood. Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, Hixson, was in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Greenwood Baptist Church, in care of Mission My Town, 8529 Snow Hill Road, Ooltewah, TN 37363.
