Graveside services for Dorothy Hester Edwards, 77, of Vicksburg will be held Friday, Sept. 4, at 11:30 a.m. at Parkway Cemetery.
Visitation is 10-11:15 a.m. Friday at Culpepper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Edwards died Sept. 2, 2009 at the River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg. She was a native of Attala County and a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James Early and Minnie Graham Hester.
She is survived by a son, Lloyd Edwards of McAdams; a daughter, Lynn Oliver of Grenada; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Rev. Walter Hines and Rev. Don Cook will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gilbert Edwards.
