Shelby Morgan "Roo" Worthington, 17, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include her parents, Eric M. Worthington and Tina M. Correale; a twin sister, Logan Worthington; two brothers, Joshua Bauer and Nick Correale; her grandparents, Joyce and Edward York, Paul Bauer Jr., Joan J. Fortney, Gary Worthington and Jack Fortney; and a stepfather, Stephen Whitfield.
A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135 at Olive Branch Road. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at The Gardens at Olive Branch Cemetery and Mausoleum Park.

Born on June 17, 1992, in Indianapolis, she was the loving daughter of Eric M. Worthington and Tina M. Correale. Also survived by her was twin sister, Logan Worthington; brothers, Joshua Bauer, and Nick Correale; her grandparents, Joyce and Edward York, Paul Bauer Jr., Joan J. Fortney, Gary Worthington, and Jack Fortney; step-father, Stephen Whitfield; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and too many friends to list.
A junior at Southport High School, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
The visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2009, at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, State Road 135 & Olive Branch Road. The Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2009, at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest at The Gardens at Olive Branch Cemetery and Mausoleum Park.
