Steve Perry, 47, of Lake Jackson, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007, at his home.

Steve was born May 29, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Jim and Fran Perry. He worked for 24 years for the Union Pacific Railroad.

Steve was a member of the Confederate Air Force and the Sons of the Confederacy. He was very proud of his custom motorcycle "Captain America." Steve also loved being a pilot.

Steve is survived by his wife, Traci, of Lake Jackson; one daughter, his little princess, Dakota, of Lake Jackson; his mother, Fran Perry of Palestine; two nephews, Jason Perry and Dusty Perry; sister-in-law, Karen Perry of Palestine, Texas; and his two special Dobermans, Angel and Harley.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Perry; and his father, Jim Perry.

Family will receive friends 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lakewood Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, April 5, 2007, at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Rodney Coates officiating.
