LYNDON --- Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lyndon Cemetery for Rachel Hoffman, 75, San Diego, Calif., formerly of Lyndon, who died Nov. 23, 1999, at a San Diego hospice.
She was born July 5, 1924, in Grant County, to Floyd and Gladys Missmore Cobler. She lived in Lyndon for 14 years. She moved to San Diego five years ago.
She attended Mount Pleasant Community Church near Lyndon.
She married Homer P. Hoffman on Jan. 25, 1943, in Topeka. He died June 5, 1989.
A cousin, Donna Shields, St. Thomas, Pa., survives.
