ADA - Services for Cody Dean Bolin, 16, Ada, are 10 a.m. Saturday at the First
Baptist Church, Willard "Chopper" McCartney will officiate. Burial will follow
at Rosedale Cemetery.

The teen died Thursday, Nov.18, 2004, at a local hospital. He was born Nov.
25, 1987, in Ada to Dean Bolin and Shelly Bolin Williams. He attended Noble
grade school, Vanoss school and was a junior at Ada High School whre he was a
defensive tackle for the Ada Cougar football team, a member of the Fellowship
of Christian Athletes and a member of the Mid-Way Hill Baptist Church in
Sulphur.

Survivors include his mother, Shelly Williams and step-father, Brad Williams,
Ada; his father, Dean Bolin and step-mother, Brandy Bolin, Ada; two sisters,
Jennifer and Bailey Bolin, Ada; one brother, Roper Bolin, Ada; grandparents,
John and Carol Hayden, Ada, Norman and Joyce Bolin, Ada, Kenny and Brenda
Williams, Roff, and Sharon and Ron Coffee, Pauls Valley, great- grandparents,
Dorothy Scates, Ada, Richard and June Mize, Sulphur, and Norma and James
Williams, Roff.

Bearers will be John Dean, Jimmy Dean, Chad Williams, Phillip Mize, Kenny
Graves and Steve Newby.

Honorary bearers will be Ada High School football coaching staff and players,
Steve Dean, John Higbee, Greg Dean, Nathan Elliott, Chris Beres, Allen Ogles,
Mart Leming, Russell Hollingsworth, Ryan Luhman and Eric Peterson.

The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Cody Bolin Memorial
Fund, in care of Ada Booster Club, 2020 Arlington, Suite 1, Ada, OK 74820.
